Antalis  and European REACH Regulation

Dear Partner and dear customer,

As you may know, the European Regulation 1907/2006 regarding the Recording, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Hazardous substances (REACH) came into force on June 1rst 2007. Its application of conformity has several stages, and the regulatory requirements varies regarding to the nature of the products or the quantity put on the European market.

Antalis, as a distributor, does not have any pre-registering or registering obligation regarding REACH. Of course, Antalis works closely with its suppliers to insure that they, with their own suppliers, currently and in the future, follow the necessary processes regarding the chemical substances they use.

REACH regulation also provides an information duty in the case of some products including any “Substance of Very High Concern” (SVHC)* with a rate up to 0.1%m/m

Regarding our current knowledge and the specific information furnished by our suppliers, none of Antalis paper products ranges do contain such substances.

Our sales teams in each country are at your disposal to answer to your questions on this topic.

When your list will be ready please add:
The list of these products and all the necessary details are available below and are updated upon receipt of new information from suppliers.
